Trusthouse Charitable Foundation - Small Grants

Trusthouse gives grants for running costs to charities and not-for-profit organisations under the overarching themes are Rural Issues and Urban Deprivation. Their preference is for front line organisations working directly with people in need.

South Lanarkshire Council - Social Enterprise Grant

Social enterprises based in the South Lanarkshire area can apply for small amounts of funding to start-up and/or grow trading activity that will deliver social and environmental impact.

The National Lottery Community Fund - (Scotland) - Young Start

Young Start is a grants programme that distributes money from dormant bank accounts. They will support a wide range of projects for up to three years that will make children and young people aged 8 to 24 confident, healthy, connected or enterprising.

Makes donations to registered charities which are active in such sectors as the arts and culture, medical & health, the environment and education, care and support of the young and elderly, people with disabilities and the under-privileged.

The Foundation provides support to charitable institutions or bodies or charitable purposes, primarily in Glasgow and the West of Scotland, with particular regard to education, medicine, community care and Jewish organisations.

John Gordon's Charitable Fund

Makes donations to various charities for charitable or educational purposes and the trustees resolve. They have previously supported organisations in Aberdeen working in education, care, youth, disability, children, music, poverty, medical and chruches.

J & J R Wilson Trust

To support charitable bodies caring for the elderly, primarily but not exclusively in Glasgow and the West of Scotland. Also to support charitable bodies caring for animals and birds (domestic or wild) primarily but not exclusively in Scotland.

Drummond Trust

To give grant assistance with the publication of works of sound Christian doctrine and evangelical purpose. Applications will be considered from individual authors, organisations and publishers.
