The grant scheme will provide financial incentive to property owners/tenants/potential occupiers to bring an empty business property back into productive use.

The Provost's Fund for Bute Residents
The fund is administered by the Bute and Cowal Area Committee, and benefits from the fund can be paid out to the deserving poor of the Burgh of Rothesay. Applications to the fund must be made in November each year, and grants are paid out in December.

Supports community led activity which aims to advance inclusion, equality, and diversity. The fund priorities are eradicating child poverty, growing the economy, the climate emergency and improving public services.
