Who can apply

Bus operators and community transport organisations. See the Transport Scotland website for full details on eligibility.

When to apply

Community transport organisations possessing a section 19 or section 22 permit can either claim once annually, or twice yearly in arrears for set 6-month periods (1 October - 31 March and 1 April - 30 September).
