Summary

Project Viability Grants (PVG) are to fund studies to look at potential uses for a building and at its current condition, and produce a Viability Report to a standard template.

The primary purpose of the grant is to enable you to work out whether a proposed use for a building will be economically viable. The grant will contribute towards the cost of exploring different options for reuse, or testing a single option.

Who can apply

For Project Viability Grants, they will accept applications from unincorporated organisations or those in the process of being established. For other grants they would normally expect you to be incorporated.

When to apply

This grant is administered on a rolling basis. They aim to let you know whether you have been successful within six to eight weeks.
