HMRC Grant Funding
Details
Allocates funding to voluntary and community sector organisations to to support HMRC in helping those customers they currently find hardest to reach, who cannot or will not interact directly with HMRC or need extra support in doing so.
Bids should support HMRC’s principles of support for customers who need extra help and include two or more of the following activities:
- help people comply with their tax affairs
- support customers with complex needs (including those referred from the Extra-Support Team)
- support people to be able to use digital ways of accessing HMRC’s services

Who can apply
Your organisation must be one a registered charity, voluntary and community sector organisation, social enterprise, mutual or co-operative. It must have 3 years of financial history in place and a turnover of over £60,000 per annum.

If you are confident your organisation can provide the service they seek and you satisfy the eligibility criteria as set out in the guidance, apply online via the Government's Find a Grant service.
