The Architectural Heritage Fund - Scottish Community Development Grant
The fund will support regeneration projects in communities, bringing benefits to local areas through the reuse of historic buildings. Approved projects will have the potential to make a significant positive social impact, offer long-term sustainable uses for historic buildings, and will be clearly and strongly community led.

Who can apply
To apply for a grant you must be a formally constituted charity or social enterprise whose members have limited liability. If your organisation is not a registered charity then it must have an asset lock in place. This is a provision in the governing document to protect its assets.
When to apply
Applications for up to £15,000 can be submitted at any time and you will normally get a decision in 6 to 8 weeks.
The quarterly Grants Panel considers applications from England and Scotland of more than £15,000. Remaining 2021 deadlines are: 30 April, 31 July, 30 September .
