British Science Association - The Ideas Fund
Summary
The Ideas Fund is a grants programme run by the British Science Association and funded by Wellcome, which enables the UK public to develop and try out ideas that address problems related to mental wellbeing. It offers early stage grants and larger grants for established projects in the Highlands and Islands of Scotland.
They want to promote diversity and inclusion by supporting great, innovative ideas that focus on improving mental wellbeing - particularly in rural or minority ethnic communities or amongst young, marginalised or socioeconomically disadvantaged people who have been overlooked in the past.
They will help communities tackle the problems that matter to them by connecting them with research professionals so they can work together to bring their ideas to life and both build new skills and relationships.

Who can apply
Community groups and researchers who are interested in the process of working in partnership and developing a project together. This includes, individuals, informal groups, constituted groups, charities, CICs and social enterprises.

Submit an Expression of Interest via the Ideas Fund website. For this round, they want to know about your early ideas, how interested you are in working in partnership and what you would hope to get out of being matched and funded through The Ideas Fund.
