Highland Council - Ward Discretionary Fund

Each of the 21 council wards receives a discretionary budget and it will be for each ward to consider when they wish to commit funds. Any reasonable applications, normally from community groups and organisations will be considered.

Hazel's Footprints Trust

Third Aim Grants are to improve the quality and reach of education across the developing world and provide financial assistance to educational institutions that are looking to expand.

Mrs M A Lascelles Charitable Trust

The Trust makes grants to charities and voluntary organisations in Scotland and the UK. They fund a wide range of organisations with a preference for countryside, health, art and young people.

A M Garnett Charitable Trust

The Trust fund exists primarily to assist bodies helping medicine, the environment and education.

The Henry Moore Foundation

The Foundation supports the growth and development of sculpture through its Grants programme. They fund in the following categories: New Projects and Collections, Research and Development, and Conferences, Lectures and Publications.

The Mohamed Bin Zayed Species Conservation Fund

The Fund will consider grants for the conservation of any threatened or poorly known animal, plant or fungus species. Priority will be given to those projects that support the professional development of young conservationists.

SSE - Strathy North Joint Community Fund

The community fund can support projects which build the sustainability of the local communities as vibrant places to live, work and visit, and support the development of a range of activities and services available to the community.

Funds community and charitable projects which encourage community activity and promote community spirit in the community council areas Contin, Marybank, Scatwell and Strathconon and Muir of Ord .
