For Bute's aim is to support good causes on Bute. The founders help Bute Community Links (and others) who are doing good work on the island.Their priority is supporting local groups and individuals on Bute, so they keep our overheads to a minimum and put ALL their profits into local good causes suggested by the community. For Bute also refurbished and reopened the Ardencraig Gardens Tea Room (all staffed by volunteers) for the summer 2014, as a way to boost community funds.

For Bute runs a charity thrift shop to raise funds to support local groups and individuals in Bute. It supports a wide variety of causes.
