Details
Grants are available for repairs to traditional properties within the Stirling City boundary which are members of the Traditional Buildings Health Check. Grant funding is for traditional repairs such as slating, leadwork, repair of timber sash and case windows, cast iron guttering repairs and masonry repointing.

Who can apply
Members of the Traditional Buildings Health Check within the city boundary of Stirling and in Bridge of Allan, Blairlogie and Dunblane.
To become a member, your building must be located within the Stirling City Boundary, have been built before or around 1919 and be of traditional construction.
When to apply
Grant funding is finite and the grant will close to applications in December. It will then reopen in 2026. The grant may close prior to this deadline if/when all funds are allocated. TBHC members will be advised should this occur.
