The Wolfson Foundation - Funding for Places
The Foundation's main grants programme provides support for places. These grants are for capital initiatives, i.e. buildings (new build or refurbishment) and equipment.
They fund a broad range of organisations working across the fields of education, science and medicine, health and disability, places of worship, heritage, and arts and humanities.Each category has its own specific funding criteria, more detail on which can be found on the Foundation's website.

Who can apply
Registered charities. Some categories of funding also allow Local Authorities, schools and universities to apply.
When to apply
Apply at any time. Decision dates are June and December annually.
How to apply
Online via funder website. Please see the How to apply section under each specific category on the Funding for Places page. Once you’ve checked that your project is eligible, you can submit a Stage 1 application via the online form.
