Impact Funding Partners - Winter Social Wellbeing Fund
Summary
Impact Funding Partners are managing the Winter Social Wellbeing Fund (Glasgow) on behalf of Glasgow Health and Social Care Partnership (GHSCP). GHSCP has made funding available to local organisations, to enable them to support individuals over 16 who may be isolated over the winter period.
The fund is available to organisations currently supporting the residents of Glasgow City. Priority will be given to organisations working with individuals most at risk of social isolation and loneliness.
Eligible activities must take place between 7 December 2023 and 31 March 2024. The activities funded must be in addition to what you are already delivering, enabling you to reach and support more individuals at risk from social isolation over this period.
There are two strands of funding:
- Projects focused on bringing people together
- Projects that are in partnership and/or innovative/strategic

Who can apply
The fund is available to third sector organisations and community groups currently supporting the residents of Glasgow City. Your annual income must not have exceeded £250,000 in the last financial year, however their are items which are exempt from this such as one off income for capital items.
