How to apply
Organisations should first submit an enquiry through the online contact form on the funder's website. The form asks for organisation details, legal form, charity or company number, the approximate loan funding required, its purpose and timescales. There is no formal application form. Social Investment Scotland prefers to hold a conversation to understand the organisation, its impact and the project. As part of the process, they may ask for a short business plan or executive summary, key assumptions, financial projections, historical financial information and details of the leadership team and Board. This helps show that the loan is affordable.
