The Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations is the membership organisation for Scotland's charities, voluntary organisations and social enterprises. Charity registered in Scotland SC003558. Registered office Mansfield Traquair Centre, 15 Mansfield Place, Edinburgh EH3 6BB.

Summary

The committee can offer assistance to charity and community groups within the boundaries of the participating council areas – i.e. Clackmannanshire, Falkirk and Stirling. They will also support national and international charities within specified limits.

Funds come from the profits of a monthly lottery run for employees and ex-employees of the above authorities plus Central Scotland Police, Fire & Assessors Services.

Constituted community groups are eligible to apply.

When to apply

The CFSLA Committee meets quarterly to review funding applications. They meet the first Monday of March, June, September and December and applications should be submitted by the Friday before.
