Sea-Changers Innovation Fund
Details
The Innovation Fund has an emphasis on supporting ideas that are new and/or experimental solutions in the field of marine conservation. The innovation may be aimed at:
- addressing root causes of marine conservation threats and challenges in the UK
- preventing/reducing negative impacts on UK coastal and marine environments/species
- adding to the body of knowledge about marine conservation threats and ways to overcome them
The Fund welcomes applications for innovative approaches to all kinds of marine conservation challenges including Research, Direct Action, Specific Protection, and Education/Community Engagement. Applications will be judged against the following criteria:
- Degree of innovation and creativity
- Potential for impact on coastal and marine environment and/or specific
- Value for money
- Deliverability and sustainability
