Details

The purpose of the Community Grants Fund is to enable the Council to provide financial support to community, sports and voluntary organisations within Inverclyde. Funds are available towards operational, project and fee waiver costs where activities contribute to the quality of life of the people of Inverclyde.

You will need to specify if and how the awarding of a grant would contribute to and benefit the wider community, in line with the local priorities of:

  • empowered people
  • working people
  • healthy people and places
  • a supportive place
  • and a thriving place.

You will also need to specify on the paperwork how much funding you are requesting against the three categories:

  • Facilities/Core Costs;
  • Project Costs;
  • Fee Waivers

Who can apply

Open to registered charities, constituted community/voluntary groups and social enterprises including community interest companies providing services in Inverclyde.

You must have a constitution, set of rules or Memorandum and Articles of Association which is dated and signed as ‘adopted’ by an office bearer on behalf of your group.
