South Lanarkshire Council - Regeneration Capital Grant Fund
Summary
The Regeneration Capital Grant Fund (RCGF) is a Scottish Government fund which supports locally developed regeneration projects, helping to support and create jobs and build sustainable communities. South Lanarkshire Council has a strong track record in securing RCGF support for projects across our communities including Abington, Carluke, Carnwath, Hamilton and Larkhall.
South Lanarkshire Council are seeking Expressions of Interest for projects which:
- focus on disadvantaged areas
- demonstrate clear community involvement
- deliver large scale transformational change
- encourage additional investment
EOIs should include the following:
- project outline (max. 1 page)
- project location (including postcode)
- anticipated project costs
- match funding
- details of site ownership
- copy of business plan / feasibility study if available
Awards will be between £250,000 - £1m+ and match funding is preferred.
