Details

Grants are available for groups wishing to start offering football, tennis, or cricket, those keen to expand their existing provision to new audiences, or those already delivering sport to under-represented young people. Alongside the grants, the programme will offer training and support resources to groups to help reduce inequalities in participation across these sports.

The programme’s focus is on increasing access to football, tennis, and cricket for women and girls, as well as engaging people from other underrepresented groups, including racially diverse communities, people with disabilities, and people from the LGBTQ+ community.

Funding is available to help sustain and expand opportunities in these sports for women and girls, ensuring more inclusive participation. Additionally, funding is provided for coaching courses to support the development of female coaches, helping increase the number of women delivering sport to girls.
