Research Data Scotland - Public Engagement Fund
Details
To support public engagement and involvement with data science. Organisations can apply for £1,000 to £10,000 to deliver new work or build on existing projects.
The aims of the 2024-25 Public Engagement Fund are to:
- Communicate the impact of data research
- Showcase cutting-edge data research
- Involve new audiences
- Create new partnerships
New for this year, a portion of the total fund will be ringfenced for a pilot community fund, supporting a community organisation to engage people in data research. The community project will be further supported through assistance and guidance from RDS public engagement professionals.

Who can apply
Engagement must be in Scotland, but the organisation can be based anywhere in the UK. Must be a data focused activity. Previous applicants can apply
