Aberdeenshire Community Transport Initiative
Details
The Aberdeenshire Community Transport Imitative (ACTI) provides funding for community transport providers in Aberdeenshire. Projects and services which may be funded must not be intended to make a profit, such as:
- volunteer car schemes, either using the volunteer’s car or a vehicle managed by the organisation, e.g. hired from a car club.
- Dial-a-bus services, e.g. minibus shopping bus or transport for individual needs.
- Registered local bus services operated under a Section 22 permit.
Grant applications are invited from community transport providers for the financial years:
- 2027 to 2028
- 2028 to 2029
- 2029 to 2030
