Details
The Foundation supports projects across 4 main themes:
- Supporting young people – special needs or disadvantaged (charities who support disadvantaged and disabled young people under the age of 25)
- Supporting people with cancer
- Mental health
- Hospices The Foundation provides funding for direct delivery costs of services and support activities across the four core funding themes, which for example might include salary costs or specific activity costs. They also provide multi-year funding to charities.
Funding applications are by invitation only.

Who can apply
Applications will be accepted from charities registered with the UK Charity Commissions, exempt charities (including special needs schools) and CIO’s. They will consider CIC’s for reduced funding, for up to £1,000 under the Local Office Allowance programme. Annual income must be less than £1,000,000 (this restriction doesn't apply to special needs schools or mainstream schools with a special needs unit).
