The Trust funds work towards:
- Building skills in baking.
- Supporting baking in the arts, science and/or culture.
- History/research relating to Scottish milling, flour and related grains, baking in the community - Edinburgh and beyond.
Applicants for funding should be making a concerted effort to follow the definition for Real Bread without using processing aids or artificial additives. This should at the very least be a aspiration with these goals in sight.
