The Access Foundation provides funding to organisations which align with the following objectives:

  1. Bridging the Digital Divide: The Foundation awards grants to support charities to mitigate the digital divide by making IT facilities, support and learning available to disadvantaged and vulnerable people.

  2. Employee Nominated and Charity of the Year: The Access Foundation invites nominated charities in two categories to apply for grants:

  • Access Group Employee Nominated charities
  • Access Group Charity of the Year

Applications must be for specific services, activities, initiatives or projects with clearly identified and measurable outcomes. The Employee Nominated and Charity of the Year strands are by invitation only.

There are no application deadlines. Applications can be submitted at any time on a rolling basis. The Foundation aims to have approved or declined requests within 16 weeks of receiving a completed application, though a response may come sooner.
