Cairnryan Community Fund
Details
This fund will support community-led activity in Cairnryan with an emphasis on rural regeneration.
Cairnryan Fund Panel commissioned a Community Action Plan, published in late 2022, which informs the Fund's priorities You can read the Community Action Plan here. The four key themes relate to:
- The village hall and other village facilities
- Thriving community life
- Environmental and outdoor pursuits
- Local Heritage
These grants can support a wide range of costs and activities including equipment costs, running costs for local groups, staff or sessional worker costs, consultations, maintenance or refurbishment of community facilities etc.

Who can apply
Groups delivering charitable activities that support the rural regeneration and sustainability of Cairnryan community. Applications from groups outwith the fund area must demonstrate clear benefit for residents in the fund area.
