    Details

Following a successful first round of the Youth Climate Action Fund programme, Glasgow City Council has been awarded an additional £70,000 from Bloomberg Philanthropies to support young people across the city to design and deliver their own environmental projects 🍃

During this round of the YCAF, grants up to £3,900 will be awarded to 17+ youth-led projects in Glasgow which have the potential to focus on a variety of climate-related topics.

Projects should be environmentally focused and support at least one of the YCAF themes, which are based on the themes of Glasgow's Climate Plan:

    • Speaking Up and Taking Action
    • Fair and Green for Everyone
    • Easy and Sustainable Travel
    • Healthy People, Healthy Planet
    • Building a Greener Future

Projects will be delivered between July and December 2025.

The YCAF team look forward to reading your applications and hearing about your ideas for climate projects! 🌱
