Forvis Mazars Foundation - Community Grants

Details

The Foundation's purpose is to support under resourced young people to achieve their potential and feel positive about their future, across three key areas:

  • Closing the gap: Reducing the attainment gap by supporting young children and their parents and carers to develop foundational skills, e.g., literacy and numeracy for success at school (0-7rs)
  • Developing life skills: More young people are better prepared for life, through equal access to opportunities that develop essential life skills e.g., teamwork, leadership, ambition and self-belief (8-16yrs)
  • Improving access: Reducing the number of young adults not in education employment or training, by widening access to the education and jobs market and developing their networks, relationships, and cultural knowledge (16-25yrs)

There are three funding streams. This listing is for Community grants: Flexible funding for core costs, capacity building or dedicated projects, supporting charities working in local communities to drive social mobility. Grants of £10,000 - £20,000 p.a. awarded twice a year to registered charities with an income of £100,000 - £3,000,000.
