Glasgow Life - Community Heritage Grants 2026/27 - Uncovering Sauchiehall Street
Details
Glasglow Life wants to bring residents, businesses, and visitors from across Glasgow into the conversation about Sauchiehall Street and the surrounding area's multifaceted stories and cultural memory, which lives in people’s connection to the area. This year, the Community Heritage Grants scheme is open to community groups and organisations across Glasgow to be involved in the conversation about Sauchiehall Street.
This Community Heritage Grants scheme is intended to give community groups the opportunity to pilot new ideas, or create new activities for existing programmes, with a focus on uncovering and exploring stories from Sauchiehall Street and the local area.
Activities will form part of a wider two-year programme of activity designed to uncover, animate and renew the street for the people who live, work and visit the area.
Projects must take place between November 2026 and September 2027.
