The Falkirk HSCP Localities’ Fund will provide small and medium grants to eligible third sector organisations to support the delivery of activity that responds to local needs and contributes to improved health and wellbeing outcomes for people and communities.

Applications should prioritise one or more of the Fund’s four priorities in this round:

1. Managing Health and Wellbeing – to support individuals, their carers and families to plan, manage and understand their own health, care and wellbeing.
2. Community-Based Resource – improvement in clear, accessible and inclusive communication, ensuring individuals are aware of resources available in their community.
3. Mental Health and Recovery – ensuring support is available to help individuals with their mental health and recovery.
4. Partnership Working – improvement in partnership working and information sharing, resulting in improved experiences and outcomes. Within alignment to these priorities, applicants must also show how their project will reflect the following principles:

• Addressing Health and Social Inequalities
• Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
• Trauma-Informed Approaches

Funded activity should take place by Thursday 18 March 2027.

Who can apply

Third sector groups and organisations including constituted (and unconstituted) community groups, charities, SCIOs, and social enterprises. Applicants should clearly identify which eligible locality (East, West and Central) their project will operate in and the communities or groups who will benefit. Within these localities, eligible communities include: Bainsford, Banknock, Bo’ness, Bonnybridge, Braes Villages (including Airth), Camelon (including Tamfourhill), Denny, Dennyloanhead, Dunipace, Falkirk town, Grangemouth, Hallglen, Langlees, Larbert, and Stenhousemuir.

Will open to applications on Thursday 15 October 2026. The closing date for applications is 1pm, Thursday 12 November 2026.
