Muaitheabhal Community Wind Farm Trust distributes a community benefit fund available from the Beinn Mhor Wind Farm. Priority areas which will benefit from the fund are Pairc, Kinloch and the villages along Loch Seaforth in North Harris.

Funding priorities are:

To support and strengthen Pairc, Kinloch, North Lochs, and North Harris communities.
To build community connections, lifestyle, accessibility, and wellbeing.
To support education and development for all.
To tackle isolation and poverty in the community.
To conserve the environment and encourage sustainable practice.
To foster heritage, culture, and Gaelic language.
To promote and provide local recreational facilities and activities.
To counter depopulation through redevelopment and innovation.
To encourage traditional crofting and farming methods.
