The Trust gives grants to registered charities that work in the UK. They focus on specific priorities every year.
In rounds 3 and 4 the theme is Food Poverty. They will consider applications that focus on:

- cooking skills
- eliminating food waste

Who can apply
They only award grants to organisations registered with the Charity Commission or OSCR, or exempt from registration.
In grant rounds 1 and 3, the minimum annual income and expenditure is £100,000 and the maximum is £1m.
In grant rounds 2 and 4, the minimum income and expenditure is £1m with no maximum.

When to apply
They have four grant rounds per year. The dates for these are:
- Grant Round 1: 1 - 28 February
- Grant Round 2: 1 - 30 April
- Grant Round 3: 1 - 31 July
- Grant Round 4: 1 - 30 September

An online application form is available on the Trust website. Please apply only if your charity meets the relevant income and expenditure criteria. This changes each round so check the website guidelines before applying.
