Who can apply
They only award grants to organisations registered with the Charity Commission (England, Wales and Northern Ireland) or OSCR, or exempt from registration.
For Rounds 1 and 3, the charity's income and operating expenditure must be between £100,000 and £1 million.
For Rounds 2 and 4, the charity's operating income and operating expenditure must be a minimum of £1 million. There is no maximum income or expenditure.

When to apply
They have four grant rounds per year, each with a different theme. In 2021, Grant Rounds 1 and 2 are focused on Homelessness and Rounds 3 and 4 on Refugees and Asylum Seekers.
Grant round 2 is open from 1 - 30 April 2021.
