Applications are considered four times per year, and may be submitted between the following dates:
- 9am on 1 February – 11pm on 1 March
- 9am on 1 May – 11pm on 1 June
- 9am on 1 August – 11pm on 1 September
- 9am on 1 November – 11pm on 1 December
