Who can apply
Organisations must be either a UK registered charity, community interest company, credit union or a not-for- profit company limited by guarantee or social enterprise company. Organisations should have an income under £500,000 and have less than six months free reserves.

When to apply
There are two grant rounds each year and will close once 40 applications have been accepted. You should apply as soon as possible after applications open.
The last grant round opened on 3 January and closed on 17 January 2023 once 40 applications were received.
The next grant round, Life Changing Transitions opens on 4 September 2023

If the grant round is open and not full, you will be able to access the short online application form. It is important to apply as soon as possible as only the first 40 applications will be considered.
