Details
Funds are given to help disadvantaged young people, especially those at risk of offending, and to address problems faced by offenders, ex-offenders and their families. There is a preference for supporting smaller charities which provide direct services.
Their priorities are:
- supporting offenders into work
- helping specific groups within the criminal justice sector

Who can apply
Organisations must normally be registered charities and charitable incorporated organisations (CIOs) or in the process of applying for registration and have an income of under £250,000.
In exceptional circumstances they may support Community Interest Companies (CICs).

2025 deadline dates:
- Thursday 13 March 2025 (to be considered in June 25)
- Thursday 3 July 2025 (to be considered in Oct 25)
- Thursday 13 November 2025 (to be considered in Feb 26)
The Charitable Grants Committee meets in February, June and October each year.

The application form can be downloaded form the Fund website. Applications should be posted to the Fund office along with your latest accounts.
