Details
The fund offers funding to projects through the Scottish Landfill Communities Fund (SLCF). It awarding grants for community, environmental and heritage projects across the Kingdom to benefit the lives of those living close to landfill sites and will consider applications across all types of projects included in the SLCF Objects including: land reclamation, community recycling, public amenities and parks, biodiversity and historic buildings.

Who can apply
Any group or organisation can apply provided the following criteria are met: Community groups and organisations must be constituted not-for-profit bodies; All projects must be directly for the public benefit.
Applications for funding will normally not be considered in circumstances where the applicant’s audited accounts show unrestricted funds of more than £15,000 in the most recent financial year.

Applications for small grants can be submitted to the Trust at any time.
