The Naturesave Trust was set up to promote the adoption of sustainable development. It obtains 100% of its funding from the premiums generated by Naturesave Insurance.
The theme of this funding window is biodiversity. They are looking for grant applications from charities, community groups, and organisations boosting biodiversity via:
- Pollinator plans
- Habitat restoration
- Hedgerow management
- Wildlife gardens
- Pesticide alternatives
- Conservation Volunteering
- Education
- Influencing local councils
- Citizen science
- Community Wildlife Surveys
The fund are also open to new approaches to encouraging nature connection that may not have been listed.

Who can apply
The Naturesave Trust will consider applications for specific UK based projects from any organisation whether they be charities, voluntary organisations or businesses. They prioritise small, grassroots and community-led organisations.
When to apply
Currently open to applications, the next deadline is 12 noon on 27th November 2025
The Trust conducts three funding windows per year (January to February, May to June, September to October).
