The Trust gives grants to recognised national charities, with particular reference to charities based in London and Perthshire. They give under the categories of animal welfare, education, conservation and environment, military, medical research and social welfare.

Who can apply

Recognised national charities, with a preference for those in Perthshire or London. As a guide most funds are distributed within Perthshire, Scotland and Chelsea, London but not limited to these areas.

When to apply

The Trustees meet once a year in early February to allocate funds to applications received throughout the previous year.

Applications must be received by the end of November for consideration at the following February meeting.

How to apply

Submit a request to the Charity saying how the funds could be used, what would be achieved, and how this would add to public benefit.
