Highland Council - Ward Discretionary Fund
Details
Each of the 21 council wards receives a discretionary budget and it will be for each ward to consider when they wish to commit funds. Any reasonable applications, normally from community groups and organisations will be considered.
Some projects will be given priority, including those which attract funding from other sources. Examples of activity previously funded: beach cleaning; Christmas events and lights; equipment for pre-school groups; firework displays.
