Details
The Royal Mail encourages its staff to play an active role in their communities through fundraising and volunteering. Every member of staff employed by Royal Mail Group can apply for amounts in matched giving from Royal Mail for money raised for any registered UK charity or registered good cause under the Community Support Scheme.

When to apply
Apply at any time, grants will be paid out on a first come, first served basis
How to apply
You must make your donations to a charity through Charities Trust in order to obtain matched giving. Matched giving is managed through the Royal Mail's internal intranet system, Robin.
