The EDF Renewables Burnfoot Hill Wind Farm Community Fund (Clackmannanshire) benefits the Community Council areas of Alva, Dollar, Menstrie, Muckhart and Tillicoultry, Coalsnaughton and Devonside in Clackmannanshire.

The fund provides grants to support charitable activities that:

  • enhance quality of life for local residents
  • contribute to vibrant, healthy, successful and sustainable communities
  • promote community spirit and encourage community activity.

Projects are expected to demonstrate how their project is contributing to the relevant Community Action Plans for the village(s).

Who can apply

Your group does not need to be a registered charity to apply for a grant; however, your group should be a non-profit organisation with charitable aims and objectives, and this should be reflected in your constitution or governing document.
