Details

Albyn Housing has a Community Fund that provides small grants for community projects that benefits the local community. Projects should fit with Albyn’s charitable objectives: “the relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage”. For example; improvements to a town or village hall, sports equipment or children's or pensioners parties.

They can fund:

  • equipment
  • one-off events
  • transport
  • small land or building/ refurbishment projects.

Who can apply

Organisations in the Highlands and Moray (where Albyn has housing stock) that have a turnover in the last financial year of no more than £30,000 and is a:

  • voluntary or community organisation
  • registered charity
  • constituted group or club
  • school community projects (so long as your project benefits and involves the communities around the school)
Maximum annual income:
£30,000

When to apply

Apply at any time. The funding window will be open from 1 April annually. All applications will be informed of the fund decision within 28 days of receiving your application.
