Details

Loans are available for established third sector organisations that are delivering high social value - in a sustainable way. Organisations must be financially sustainable and deliver a positive impact to society and/or the environment.

The three main areas they look to support are:

  1. Employment, education & training for those furthest from the marketplace
  2. Delivery of services to the most disadvantaged people/communities
  3. Community regeneration

They offer Property Purchase Loans, Flexible Growth Loans, Working Capital Loans and Bridging Loans.

Who can apply

Established third sector organisation (charities, social enterprises, community interest companies or co-operatives) located and trading in the UK. You must not eligible for mainstream funding from banks. Detailed eligibility criteria on website.

When to apply

There is no deadline and applications for loan funding are taken on a rolling basis.
