Leslie Sell Charitable Trust
Details
The Leslie Sell Charitable Trust makes small grants to Scouting and Guiding Groups to help with the cost of making repairs, purchasing sundry items of equipment, or trips in the UK. Overseas trips are currently only supported for Kandersteg, Adelboden and the World Scout Jamboree.
The Trust likes to receive details of the project that requires funding, for example small-scale building works, repairs or alterations, or replacement of equipment. Applicants should include details of the costs involved and sight of any quotations.
For group trips, the Trust needs details of the destination, the number and full names (first name and surname) of the young people and leaders taking part, and any planned activities. It also needs to know whether the group will be camping in tents or staying in chalets or similar accommodation, along with the costs involved and the dates of travel.
