The Trustees are unable to consider applications for trips submitted within three months of the departure date.

Who can apply
Applications are accepted from Group and Individual members of the Scout or Guide movement within the UK and Northern Ireland for trips or projects which are being undertaken within the movement.
When to apply
Apply at any time. Applications are processed once per month throughout the year.
You should submit your application more than three months before your trip.
