The Hugh Stenhouse Foundation
Details
The Trust provides funds for charitable purposes. The Trustees look favourably on applicants based in the West of Scotland, although other areas are not excluded. They generally favour local causes in which local communities are active participants rather than national organisations.
They prefer local initiatives where there help can make a real difference rather than when their support would only be a small proportion of the total funding. They give under the headings: relief of poverty; youth; medical and religion as well as sundry activities.
