The Trust makes grants to charities and voluntary organisations in Scotland and the UK, or overseas. They fund a wide range of organisations with a preference for countryside, health, art and young people.

Previous grant recipients have included Butterfly Conservation Trust, Scottish Ballet, Teapot Trust, Freedom from Torture, National Museums Scotland, Edinburgh World Heritage.

There are no deadlines and applications can be submitted at any time. Trustees meet once a year in March, so recommend submitting by mid-February.
