Baring Foundation - Implementation of successful litigation fund
Details
This programme supports effective use of the law and human rights based approaches by civil society in the United Kingdom. It is a collaboration with the Legal Education Foundation and the Esmée Fairbairn Foundation.
This new round is for civil society organisations who want to implement a court judgment, or other outcome of a litigation process, that has the potential to achieve social change for people facing discrimination and disadvantage.
They envisage that implementation might involve a range of activities including: advocacy and policy influencing; campaigning; awareness raising; research; monitoring of implementation; further legal action.
