CSE - Thrive Renewables Community Benefit Fund
Details
Triodos Renewables is funding energy improvements to community buildings in areas close to its project sites. The aim is to make community buildings, like village halls and community centres, more useful for the communities they serve and to help raise awareness of important energy issues.
The fund will cover the installation of low carbon improvements to community buildings including, but not limited to: lighting upgrades; heating system upgrades (in particular improved heating controls); insulation; draught proofing; low energy appliances; double glazing; minor repairs (for example to door and window frames) and renewable energy technologies.

Who can apply
The programme is only currently open to community buildings in the immediate vicinity of a renewable energy project in which Thrive Renewables is invested. Specific postcodes are on the website.
You must be a not-for-profit community or voluntary group or organisation with a bank account. The building in your application should regularly used by a wide cross-section of the community for a range of activities.
