When to apply

Apply at any time, applications are reviewed on a monthly basis.

The deadline for applications for expeditions in summer 2025 is 15th March 2025. For expeditions during winter 25/6 the deadline is 15th October 2025

The next deadline for Educational Expedition Grant applications will be 15th March 2025.
