Robertson Trust grants to close in February 2020 ahead of new strategy
The Robertson Trust is launching a new strategy in summer 2020 and will close grant funding in February as they enter a transition phase from the current strategy.
They will stop making awards under the current strategy in June 2020. As a result, the last date on which they will accept applications for Main and Small Awards is 5pm on Friday, 28th February 2020.
As already announced the Wee Grants for Wee Groups pilot will close for applications at 5pm on Tuesday, 17th December 2019.
Applications for Small Awards and Wee Grants For Wee Groups will continue to be assessed on a rolling basis by date received.
Main Award applications received by the closing date of 28th February 2020 (5pm) will be assessed for submission to our June 2020 Giving Committee.
Applications for any of the current funding programmes received after 28th February 2020 will not be accepted.
They anticipate an increase in the number of applications received around these closing dates, and strongly recommend that applicants send their application, together with the supporting documentation, at the earliest opportunity to ensure that they are able to fully assess and provide a decision at the earliest opportunity.
They will be launching new funding programmes alongside the new strategy in summer 2020. It will have a stronger emphasis and focus on poverty and trauma, their causes and impact.
