Innovation funding seeks to increase volunteering in the community
Have you got an innovative solution that could support people following a hospital stay?
NHS Scotland, in partnership with Scottish Enterprise Can Do Innovation Challenge Fund, are looking for organisations to work with to find solutions in the community that will help cut hospital discharge times. They are focussed on increasing levels of volunteering in communities which will support people to get home earlier and are seeking ideas that can be scaled up across Scotland and beyond.
Organisations can apply for a share of £150,000 in Phase 1 and a total of up to £30,000 of funding is available per project.
The deadline for Phase 1 applications is 12 noon on 31 January 2020. Application and full guidance documents are available on Public Contracts Scotland.
